Counterparty monitoring
Provides for the provision of information on such positions:
- financial rating;
- trials;
- enforcement proceedings;
- information about the enterprises with which the director and/or founder/co-founder of the counterparty is linked by relationship of control;
- availability of tax debt;
- presence/absence of a VAT payer certificate (reasons for its cancellation);
- existing seizures of property.
Permanent monitoring of the counterparty
Provides for the operational tracking of the following information:
- financial condition and stability of counterparties;
- any changes in the activities of all (or at the option of the Client) partners / Clients (new types of activities, change of director, change of founders, reorganization of the company, presence / repayment of tax debt, monitoring of court and enforcement proceedings).
