- analysis of tender documents for compliance with the legislation of Ukraine;
- preparation of proposals, requests, requirements to the Customer on amendments to the tender documentation in case of its inconsistency with the legislation in the field of public procurement (in particular, the elimination of discriminatory conditions for tender documents);
- preparation of claims regarding tender documents and/or decisions taken, actions or inaction of the Customer.
Study (verification) of the Client’s tender offer:
- preparation of a list of documents to be included in the tender proposal;
- preparation of the required set of the documents for the tender proposal of the Client;
- analysis of the Client’s formed tender proposal on compliance with the legislation of Ukraine and check up of the rejection backgrounds for the Client’s proposal;
- preparation of identified deficiencies list detected in the tender proposal of the Client and provision of recommendations and proposals for their elimination.
Study (check) of the tender offer of the Client’s competitors offer:
- analysis of the tender offer of the Client’s competitors on compliance with the legislation of Ukraine and verification of the grounds for their rejection
Appealing the procurement procedure:
- preparation of claims regarding tender documents;
- preparation of claims to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine against decisions, actions or omissions of the Customer;
- preparation of claims to the court against decisions of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, taken within the framework of the procurement procedure.
